MrP 0
Found a small split in my sunroof seal, meaning everytime it rains i'm greeted with a puddle in the drivers footwell! Are these easy to replace? Where's the best place to pick one up from?Cheers
CALICO 130
Possibly the drainage channels blocked if it was just the seal it should just drip onto the the drainage channels if you open your door on the A pillar there is a rubber grommet sticking out of the bodywork if this is blocked then the water may have built up behind it and maybe its popped the drain pipe off of the tube. I would investigate here first as it might not cost anything to fix
nathanvr 0
i got a genuine seal, it's easy to remove the sunroof but because the seal is a double lip type seal it is tricky to fit to the panel. Use a lot of patience and a rubber mallet. Took about an hour to work round the seal.

I've cleared them now and water is running well through the driver's side but it looks like the pipe has come off on the passenger side. What's the best way of re-attaching this pipe? CALICO 130
I think you need to loosen the dash and pull it towards the passenger seat to be able to get to the pipe inside the a pillar but have never needed to do it but thats what i heard
MrP 0
Cheers. I think it's just come off at the bottom as water is falling into the passenger footwell. I've had a quick look and it looks like the blower is in the way so that might need to come out.
VR6_Absy 0
Nah, loosen dash from within engine compartment and the structural dash transverse beam, two bolts in door jam. This will give just enough room to get at the plastic pipe / rubber elbowI've been there and done it recently :-(

MrP 0
Found the two bolts in the door jam but which are the dash screws in the engine compartment?
