paceo 22 Posted July 23, 2011 Report Share Posted July 23, 2011 hi peeps me again, got a very good friend who works for VW and he was in today on overtime. we put the car on VAG COM and found these fault codes - 00527 intake manifold sensor - it was broken off, what does it do - maybe causing bad idle? :-(00533 Idle Speed Regulation - yes it idles bad and cuts out sometimes (tried several idle valves and does it) :-(also we put a probe up the exhaust and the high idle (2500rpm) emmisions are very high and the low idle emmisions are high.so if anyone could help that would be fantastic :-) Link to post Share on other sites
