gavinvr6 0
hey guys and gals. im finally back on the rd with my v but it runs real hot in traffic jams. ive been havin to put heating on to bring temp down. it gets to about 110 before i shit myself n crank up the blowers. im guessing its fan control gone but what is it n where is it. also is it possible to hook up the fans to run of the thermal switch instead of the multi speed thingy. gavinvr6 0
i no the thing. my tank spilt over it one day coz i didnt put lid on proper n prior to that some one had broken off the little cover for the fuses. i did try drying it and replaced the fuses that had already blown but guess damage had been done. can i hook it up via the thermal switch/sensor even if just on faster speed
legvw 0
It acts as a relay as well as speed control, so you'll probably have to replace it with a relay.
