*P3nfold* 0
Where is the best place to wire the power for the gauges?
craggsy 91
I think I wired a cable from battery and ran em off that. Obviously with a fuse near battery. Ran it thru a grommet underneath coolant bottle with the boost hose for that gauge.Buy I wasn't to fussed on looks tho
Lukey. 381
They aren't high power or anything you could just run them off an ignition live already in the dash
GordonC 20
Could you not wire them from the constant 12v for the stereo ? Would be a lot easier than running another wire all the way from the battery mate
*P3nfold* 0
They aren't high power or anything you could just run them off an ignition live already in the dashWould this mean the dials would only work once the key is in the ignition?
spadam 7
Yea would only come on when ignition is on which is what you would want. Should be a few wires you could you under there.

MJ Vr6 79
I used power and earth from the rear demister switch, as I found this the best alternative rather than Fuse box.Currently running Psi gauge, Battery, Oil Pressure.
nedvrt 25
im running boost wide band and oil temp and pressure and water all into three chock blocks. 1 to power 1 to ground on dash and the ignition off the yellow and black wire commin out the ignition barrel
Lukey. 381
I run mine off the radio ignition live, yea it means that they would only run when the ignition is turned on, no point in them being permanent live they'll just run your power down
