(By the way, I'll be posting something about The Phirm in a bit....those guys are the business - am holding off posting till tints are done next week, as I want to post pics, but so far we've done - grille, FK coil overs, deeper splitter, MK4 headlights, crystal indicators, cat by pass, custom exhuast, induction kit. Still to come are some sounds, tints and maybe a re-map at AmD).Anyway - back to these mirrors....I want, I want, I want!!! If they ARE a Porsche part, they'll probably need a custom base plate and they'll definitely cost a packet.And worse than all that - I'll still have to have them...... They do make the folding ones now a la M3 - but you can't get them electric adjustement / heated AND folding - so it was manual adjustment and folding (which is pretty trick!) or electric adjustment / heating and non-folding. Went for the non-folding ones - whilst folding ones would be pretty damn sweet - I'd rather be able to adjust them from inside the car - and see out of them when it's icy! I must be getting old......
