legvw 0 Posted October 23, 2011 Report Share Posted October 23, 2011 They should fit fine, as they were off of a mk3, so the width of the tyre and offset of the rim should be the correct fitment.I ran 17 rims, 195 tyres, et35 offset, and lowered 40mm and it was fine, maybe slight rubbing on the rear if cornering hard! Lukey. 381 Posted October 23, 2011 Report Share Posted October 23, 2011 as a point of reference for you i run ET35 17s with 205/40 profile tyres and no arch mods and they never touch, i dont know how far down though i just have my coilies set so my arches nicely frame the wheels, so its prob more than 40mm Link to post Share on other sites
