hoppinmad 0 Posted October 27, 2011 Report Share Posted October 27, 2011 my 1995 auto has thrown up some fault codes, 17978 which i belive is control module locked not too sure what that means, is it something to do with immobilizer and also 00281 vehicle speed sensor no signal (g68) ok this is where i show my ignorance where is the g68 sensor locatedthanksTy Link to post Share on other sites

hoppinmad 0 Posted October 27, 2011 Author Report Share Posted October 27, 2011 it always starts but sometimes i have press my bipper when the keys are in the ignition, its always done it, happens about 50% of the time. my speedo is eratic works when it feels like it, sometime not at all sometimes flicking about i also got two abs codes, 00283 left front sensor and 00287 right rear sensor but i cant find the meaning of the other numbers that also come up, 00283 had 01 03 and 03 03, 00287 had 02 03. i have googled the cr%p out them cant find an answer,thanksTy Link to post Share on other sites
