Carphone SHITHOUSE

Carphone warehouse SUCK...... Apparently I had 1 missed payment that I didn't even know about, so did they let me know....NO, what did they do......CUT the phone off....1 poxy payment, all they had to do was say oi your payments been missed and end of story would have sorted it, instead I'm now really pi**ed off at them and just had an argument with there customer services that their service SUCKS and as soon as contract is up for renewal they can f*****n jump cos they aint gettin it.........ar**s

You'd think in todays economic environment they would WANT the custom, not to scare them off!!!!!!

Dont you pay by Direct Debit mate?

Thats just it, I do, and was unaware it had been returned. Trying to sort that out with my bank, as I had money there. But that's not my point, it's the fact that they just cut the phone off like you're some type of scum...........Virgin didn't do it, Orange didn't do it either........(Had problems setting D/D up in the past!!!!!!) they contacted me and I paid via card. In fact any creditor in the past that had been missed for some reason would ring up go oi and I would go oops heres the payment I'll look into what went wrong, and everyone was happy.............

My sister had no end of problems with them, the story goes......

She went to them, could decide what phone to get, the highly recommended her a phone (forget what one), so she took out a contact with them had the phone a few months later it broke, she took it back n they sent it away to be fixed, it retuned exactly the same as it was sent, they sent it off again to be told it can't be fixed so gave her a new one. Month or so later that one broke, she went back to them to get it sorted and complain the phone was useless as it keeps breaking and wantin somethin different... She was told she couldn't have any other phone and... (This made her hit the roof) it's her own fault for choosing such a s**t phone!! That was their exact words!! She went home in tears... With the broke phone, my mum ended up goin there to speak to the manager n to report the guy, the manager was just dismissive and didn't have a care in the world, eventually she walked out with an 'upgrade' but with a longer contract!

Their a bunch of t*ts n Id never recommend them to anyone!!!

I have had 2 bad experiences with them in the past and kick myself for going back to them after a first frustrating run in. But go back I did and vowed never to use them again under any circumstance. Virgin are going to be doing i-phone sym cards soon so may have to give them a go.

I hate them with a passion! Them and phones4u along with talktalk!! All skeeming con artists! (from experience!)

What really bugs me is now my work contract is due dor renewal soon (7phones and 3 data cards) im getting daily calls from these unscrupulous £&stards talking to me as if theyre mates and no me..!? I ask who they are and they say chris or john from phones warehouse etc.. Im like.. Do i know you?? No i didnt think so, bye!!

Whats worse than that is when ur out walking through town and they lynch u in the street!! What fone do you have?? Do you want to upgrade?? NO GO AWAY! Seriously, if u want to upgrade ur phone you contact them do u not??

Best stick to manufacturers. Orange have a fantastic business customer svc team and although my bills are huge i get no aggro whatsoever!

Sorry for the rant but i HATE these people!

On the direct debit note however,

i did find out yesterday that for some bizaare reason my bank had cancelled by credit card direct debit..! It certainally wasnt me but at least the card company let me know and reset it up again!

And relax!

Deal direct. Never by a 2nd party. Yes you can get better deals going thru these people but you wont get the after sales of the main people. I was with Orange for years and had no probs with them, only left them coz I wanted a certain phone and they were gonna charge me for it.

Went to Vodafone and got the phone free and been with them ever since with NO problems at all

I sacked them off years ago and went with t mobile who have been exemplary in service and loyalty benefits, which is why I've stayed.

My gf had just as many issues with virgin mobile and dropped them for t mobile too and has had no problems since either

O2 are particularly awward! I have a sinle one with them and they are very hard to speak to!i told them that orangewas exceptional and thy hav. Long wayo go before they can ven begino compete!

he will be drunk on whisky mate ! ;)

I have been with o2 for a few years now and never had a problem with them tbh, always done me a good deal on the phone I wanted etc and the signal around here is brilliant :)
