filtee 0
I bought my latest vr last month thinking it was obd2. The reason i went for obd2 (or thought i was) was better tunability than obd1. I thought the fact it was coilpack, 4 pin maf and 1 large obd port meant it was. Ive just been looking in the faq's and read about the throttle body being the main way of telling. Anyway, just been out to look and yep, you guessed it, its obd1. Oh well. As long as i get 300bhp when it gets supercharged i'll be happy. I think 300 will do in a fwd car.
legvw 0
Just because it's obd1, doesn't mean it's not tuneable, theres still plenty of options available.
J5KE F 0
Yep, my vrt is obd1 and has plenty more than 300 available!!
filtee 0
I know ,it was just from speaking to stealth a couple of months ago. I was asking about supercharging and cams etc and they said it was all obviously do-able but would get better results with obd2.
