gavster_vr 0 Posted February 8, 2012 Report Share Posted February 8, 2012 Does anyone else's vr6 read this much when its sitting idleWhen im driving along say at 70mph on the motorway it usually reads about 32mpgand when im booting it about 20mpg which all seems ok but when it idles it just goes up to like 70-90 mpg, any ideas on why it does this..??? The figures provided are exactly what I get, but mine decreases when idling. Would resetting the ECU maybe clear it? Is it worth doing that if there are no other issues?
