After recommendations for an Uprated Rear Engine Mount

Hi all,

Hoping some of you guys running uprated engine mounts can help ; my standard rear engine mount is shot to hell (gone thru' 2 so far) and I'm loathed to get another standard one that'll do the same in a few months so am after some advice as to what to get?

I know that I don't want a solid engine mount so been looking at alternatives...had a look at VT Engineering (their's looks exactly the same as their front one but with a longer bolt so no mountings to screw onto the subframe) & Vibra Technics (looks nice & shiny but would only bolt to the subframe and not sit in it like the original) I'm a little puzzled as to what to do. BFI do some but i dont need a whole kit (plus there's the p&p from the US) & I saw that someone was making them on here in 2007 but that was then and this now?

Have i missed any others?

Ive recently fitted a full set of Vibratechnics engine mounts. Fast road gearbox and rear engine and competition front.

Very little in the way of vibration and cabin noise. And great vcalue for money if your a paid up member with our discount..

i went all fast road on mine and it was possibly the best money ive spent on the car.

Im of the camp that if you only swapped one for an uprated mount, it would place more stress on the other 2, accelerating wear

Update - ordered the VibraTechnics Fast Road Rear Mount from Awesome - £72 all in incl. p&p wasnt too shabby! Thanks again for your assistance!
