rodney 17
So people.....How are you going to watch this seasons races? I don't have sky and dont want to pay £200 a year for the pleasure.... So any ideas for decent coverage whether on line or in a pub????
dan_a 1
Good question!! I have Virgin Media and it would cost me an extra £22 per month to have the F1 channel - sod that.Guess I'll have the stick to BBC's extended highlights and avoid hearing the results before it airs! craggsy 91
Virgin media have just announced that they will be adding it to there sky sports package. But I will be either Sky or BBC......will watch the BBC races on BBC
Lukey. 381
I already had sky hd without the sports or movies after virgin fcuked us about every single month on bills, so it's a free added channel for me,

Going to give Virgin a bell and see what I can wrestle out of them....I was hoping i could find it online or something for free ..... I will wait for thefirst race and see if i can find anything... (worked for the footy at work LOL) If anyone has any ideas please let me knowCheers
oldmandon 1
The feature race for MOTO GP is on BBC2. they don't show the 125's, now to become 250 four stroke singles!!?? or MOTO 2, and at least there are no add breaks in the main race!!!. I'll guess with the loss of Formula 1, they might show more of the MOTO series.......
Lukey. 381
Well how much do you pay at the moment and what channel package do you get, weigh it up against sky hd with your channel packages? That's the only alternative isn't it
rodney 17
sooooo.... yes i also do the MotoGP - Eurosport coverage rocks for all categories...Anyways....I have checked and here is the BBC coverage for the races....http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/formula1/17350644'>http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/formula1/17350644http://www.bbc.co.uk/5live/http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/formula1/and I have the forumla 1 app for 2012 on my Android... so fingers crossed it may be a combination of it all unless i find a watering hole that is going to show them!!!!!! best option all around LOL... Earwig 89
Already got SkYHD so the extra channel is a free bonus. It's also worth noting that on Virgin the coverage is NOT HD so it's worth bearing that in mind for those that want it...So far what I have seen on SKY has been Very impressive. If it had not been free, having seen what I have so far I would have been quite happy to pay a little extra to get the channel.
