kezwaldo 0 Posted April 13, 2012 Report Share Posted April 13, 2012 i have a set of gmax coilovers and have found the ride very good . u have to be realistic with bad roads which with all coilovers u will get a bit of rigidness ..but the car handles great and are very easy to play with .......i was stupid low and it wasnt for every day use i raised it 15 mm all round and still looks low and drives great so i would def recommend these Link to post Share on other sites

Lukey. 381 Posted April 14, 2012 Report Share Posted April 14, 2012 You lower the car by screwing the spring collar down on the threaded body, so the spring always maintains its length and spring rate. The fixed rate bit refers to the rebound and compression rate of the actual damper, fixed rate is pre set and you can't change it. Higher up models will then be adjustable rebound, higher still will have adjustable compression aswellSpax rsx and ap adjustable are around the £620 mark and ap fixed are around £400 Link to post Share on other sites
