rsweeney 40
bloody hell just removed wheel and one of the caliper bolts needing nipping up and now the noise is gone. i cleaned bolt threads, used locite and torqued up to be sure,
Lukey. 381
Dunno if loctite is the best idea though, what if it welds itself in when you need to change pads?
rsweeney 40
it was on the bolts holding the caliper carrier to the hub, i could always remove them again to get rid of the loctite and torque them up but i didnt think you had to remove them to change pads ? Lukey. 381
Oh right the carrier bolts, no you don't need to remove them to change pads but you do to change discs
