Bit of a surprise today.

Well two surprises really. One good one not so good

First off the good one. Got a letter franked from the university of the arts. Confused me a bit until I opened it and inside was my membership card and sticker. Just need to work out where to stick it.

After that I found oil leaking here.

Not overly impressed but two weeks without a problem did seem to be pushing it a bit.

Nothing to worry about its just the breather valve can get a new one from ford or run a catch tank

Ford part number for the valve is 7364573, should be about £45 inc VAT

Nothing too bad then. Will add it onto a growing list of things to do.

What would be the fun if nothing went wrong. Lol apart from not worrying something is going to break or fall off whenever you drive it.

That might just apply to my car though. It's a bit delicate.

Everyday I manage to convince myself I can hear a new noise lol. Saying that, these are so much more enjoyable to work on than my previous BMWs and Nissans, I don't mind too much when it goes wrong lol.

It's all good fun. Am learning all the time. Had a quick look this morning before work and there seems to be a split just where it meets the main intake pipe. Will take it off when I get home and have a proper look.

ive got an oil leak here as well. im assuming it doesnt really effect the running cos mine seems to be fine?

if my car had nothing to fix id probably sell it haha
