VR6Stu11 0 Posted July 20, 2012 Report Share Posted July 20, 2012 i am wanting to put bbs rs replica wheels on my mk3, being dare dr rs 17" either 7.5j or 8.5j fronts and 10.0j rears, but have been told that they will not clear the calipers due to the offset of the rim. is there anyway around getting them on or is it a definate no no? i have had the arches rolled and wanting to run stretch tyres..HELP PLEASE?? CALICO 130 Posted July 20, 2012 Report Share Posted July 20, 2012 10" would be very tight anyway but to get them to clear the calipers you will need spacers and longer bolts but that will obviously kick the wheels even further outso maybe choose a narrower rim. Link to post Share on other sites

Ive got 7.5's for the front and 8.5's for the back, the backs fit absolutely fine but the fronts are miles away. Does anyone know what spacers to go or? I'm also running stretched tyres 205/45/17 on the rear and 195/45/17 on the front and the arches are roled all round Link to post Share on other sites
