jscaml 0
driving along the a46 today at a healthy ton, the vr all of a sudden sounded different. it got a deeper note from the exhaust naturally i slowed down a bit but nothing else seemed wrong as i tried to accelerate again it feels low on power and when im stopped at lights etc. i can feel the steering wheel vibrating. bit worried cuz im workin 7 days a week at the mo so cant really get to a garage. any1 got any good ideas what this might be? Woodyman84 3
Was it Lumpy on idle? The First thing id check would obviously be exhaust LeaksMy system tends to split at centre section all the time an then it obviously blows and the lack of back pressure does affect the performance. If the exhaust sounds fine then id vag com it an check for fault codes. My lamba sensor plays up from time to time an that makes it sound different cos it messes up the fuelling.Just a few ides for u anyway

jscaml 0
Thanks for the replys guys, but the thing i didnt make clear before is the exhaust is louder at the end of the tailpipe. I cant hear or see any leaks along the system. Is it likely its still just a really small hole in the exhaust or could it be summit else? Btw the vibration is bad at idle and acceleration but when engine braking it goes completly
