What happens is she pulls through to 3000 rpm normally and then struggles once passed. The car also sound like it has a blow from the exhaust. I know it not the exhaust, I have also changed the Lambda sensor and maf, and given it a full service. I have the car on a vag com and there are no fault codes since I changed the lambda sensor. Help me please I used to love this car and now just want rid!

UnitedMotorsport 55
Spark plugs, HT leads and coilpack is where I would start.

Lukey. 381
If the coilpack and leads function as they should then it doesn't really matter how old they are, you just need to check that they are working correctly.
golfyismywifey 0
I will buy new leads to start with, any recommended links? There is no way to check the oil pack without buying a new one is there?
Daverse 175
Spray a fine, and i mean fine mist of water over the coilpack and you should see it arc across all 6 terminals

golfyismywifey 0
How much are they mate?
Lukey. 381
I got some last year and IIRC they were in the region of £80. Also regarding the tool try and see if your plastic one will do the job before planning to do the lot cos often it's basically a piece of crap and you need a metal one, laser do a good one for about a tenner
CALICO 130
You could try yor local TPS as mine do discount for VR6OC and they are genuine dealer stuff
