roosevelt1st 1 Posted January 8, 2013 Report Share Posted January 8, 2013 Car has bin standing over Xmas period. now restarted and it runs very lumpy as if only running og 4/5 out of 6 cylinders, with relevenat loss of power....!Car is 1998 OBDII VR6just done a handheld code read, results as below; 00522 - Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor-G62 00533 - Idle Air Control Regulation 00553 - Mass Air Flow Sensor-G70two questions really, 1) what do the G62/G70 codes relate too? 2) do i need replacement MAF?comment pls + thanx Link to post Share on other sites

Lukey. 381 Posted January 8, 2013 Report Share Posted January 8, 2013 That could be causing all three problems IIRC.edit, if nothings changed and the car has just been standing, try simply plugging it on and off a few times and it might just miraculously work again.
