What about the idea of putting a refundable deposit down and you get it back if you attend? Needs something to ensure we have consistent and quality club displays Ill soon be opening the gallery with all our club stands from years gone by...they looked awesome with a full compliment of cars... VR6Pete 1,455 Posted January 16, 2013 Report Share Posted January 16, 2013 Dates and venue first....We were thinking of trying to organise somewhere with some motor racing history / heritage .....perhaps brook lands and you get the opertunity to go on the banked track..... CCGB did a day there last year and went down a treat... Have a show and shine etc... Good old mull around, find somewhere where people can camp the night before too as optional..... Think maybe billing was too expensive for a full weekend camping ontop of already highs fuel bills getting your VR there.... It's a good z2.5 hour drive for me and that uses most of a tank in my little punto lol...Does anyone else have any good Ideas for venues? Link to post Share on other sites
