VR6Pete 1,455
I've had two operations so far in my life time. One for a double hernia repair and another for a disc replacement in my neck. I'm shortly about to go in again for another hernia repair, this time on my belly button, luckily I have private health care as a perk of the job, just wondering if anyone else is as unlucky as me with the amount of operations... The worst part is that I'm only 28 years young!
Lukey. 381
I've had an operation on my right wrist (dominant hand) about 4 years ago and now at 28 am having a scan on Wednesday to see the extent and rate that a carpal bone in my wrist is dying, this will determine which operation I will need now. Daverse 175
I thought you were joking when you mentioned the hernia on that lost data thread! Hope it goes well matey As for me, not broken any bones, but recently went for a colonoscopy (Hope you weren't eating your dinner) if that counts as an operation.

psilosimon 8
How did you get on with the neck disc replacement as I am due to have the same op to correct a bulging disc impinging on a nerve.
VR6Pete 1,455
It was a bit of a struggle to be honest, I had a lot if swelling and as they went in through the front of my neck I had difficulty swallowing anything solid for a few weeks, even drinking a cup of tea was a struggle. Feel really good for it now though but sometimes I get tickles in my throat
