wheel arch rolling

Fitted bmw m3 wheels to golf vr, they are a lot wider than the standard rims.

And even thou fitted with stretched skinny tyres they are rubbing.

Was thinking of buying a wheel arch roller from ebay, anyone done this them selves?

Shouldn't cost that much at a body shop to be honest, and more than likely you'll only use it once

I'm sure there was a guy on eBay that hired rollers out to people as opposed to buying one too.

Patience is the key I had all the right gear but still manage so bollock one arch up lucky it needed replacing anyway.

Had a go at arch rolling with the old wings that i replaced last week.

Beat 1 flat and the paint flaked off, warmed the paint with a heat gun and it bent back with paint intact!

Looks like ill b having a go a weekend on the vr.

Good effort mate I did similar but I cocked it up and carried on regardless lol best way to learn is from mistakes.
