Central locking not working following disconnecting and reconnecting of wiring socket between rear

Hi,

I disconnected the wiring socket between the rear driver’s door and reconnected it and now the central locking doesn’t work. There is air being blown through the pipe in the gaiter but appears to be escaping and not activating the lock.
