paceo 22 Posted March 21, 2013 Report Share Posted March 21, 2013 my black clocks in my golf vr6 the rev counter does not work, i tried these white clocks that are the same and the rev counter works fine, only thing is the mileage is different so can anyone change the white clocks to the same mileage as my golf vr6?also is there any company out there that can repair the rev counter on my original black clocks???last thing the white clocks it idles at about 1100rpm where as my old black clocks when working were idling at 800rpm which is normal.best regards :thumbup: Link to post Share on other sites

Also don't know if this is the case but if they are from a 4cyl then maybe the revs won't read correctly, I've swapped gauges before without realising different engine configurations and the revs haven't read correctly.
