Gordo91 0
Hi guys got a supercharged vr running around 260bhp at the moment and am about to do an engine swap and also got new lightened flywheel, atm im sure its still the standard clutch and flywheel thats in it and was going to order a stage 2 clutch from larkspeed but they said itl need to be stage 3 because stage 2 wont do , surely the stage 2 would be better than standard? Any reccomendations on what your running would be great cheers.
Lukey. 381
The clutch torque handling is the important part not the power. A standard clutch is rated for like 275lb/ft. What I have found with larkspeed is they are good for products and prices but have never really felt like I got sound advice from them, I now just find exactly what I want and if its coming from them just tell them the product I want.
