Poriordan 97
Wow 500 bhp on standard bottom end these engines are capable of serious bhp then what fuel setup did u run mate and u say ur still running it now with no issues
UnitedMotorsport 55
A stock bottom end will take just below 500lbft of torque repeatedly and well over 500hp on a well tuned setup. These engines are strong from the factory unlike the newer engines.
Poriordan 97
Cool so what I'm aiming for should be a safe number I was going to run 440cc injectors with walbro 255 intank and a 5 bar ajustable fpr does this sound right for the 400 bhp mark thanks

matty.vrt 120
With the UM 440/630 tune all you need is the standard obd2 3 bar regulator. I had no issues for 3 years but have now put fully forged motor in bacause want to go for 700bhp now. Arp's are worth it when your protecting a 5 grand motor build but pretty pointless on a standard motor that can be picked up for peanuts.
Poriordan 97
Ok should I replace the fpr for a new oem one or is the one I have good enough for the job thanks
matty.vrt 120
I found that the original one was fine but you could replace if you wish for peice of mind, they are not something that usually go wrong.
