Deegolfvr6 0
Hi guys,Need some more help (I should be a vr6 pro the amount of amazing advice you good people give me!) I have put my vr back on the road after dealing with her rust in the process I did remove the interior which set me alarm problems which I think I have fixed but now my central locking doesn't work (I wouldn't mind to much but can't lock my boot with the key) is the central locking done thought the alarm? Also when putting back together I have a red connection with 3 wires coming off it behind the headlight switches on my dash which for the life of me can't find where to plug in anyone know what this is for? (Central locking knowing my luck ) Thanks again guys and girls
VR6Pete 1,455
Hi mate, yep usually locks of the fob, but usually if you attempt to lock a door manually it should lock all doors....your central locking pump is located in the boot might be worth checking it has power getting to it (multi meter) when you press the button on your fob....Do you have a pic of the plug your referring too

Lukey. 381
Last time I took the stalks off I remember there was a red connector in that lot, take the ignition cowling off and have a look if all plugs are in place and connected

Deegolfvr6 0
Hi DaveyB76Thanks for the reply and sorry I should have said in my last post that the abs light connection is pluged in and the brown connetor is the headlight switches which leaves me with the red connetor *-)
