Shaneomac116 0 Posted July 27, 2013 Report Share Posted July 27, 2013 Hey guys, my mk3 vr6 has started leaking water, it seems to build up pressure and squeezes all the coolant out of the joins on the coolant hoses but it doesn't overheat. Jimjon 28 Posted July 29, 2013 Report Share Posted July 29, 2013 I just had this on mine and it was the head gasket had gone and was pushing air into the cooling system and pressurising it, but i also had a symptom of it running a bit rough on startup for a few seconds as 1 cylinder was filling with water when left overnight.
