Craig331 1
I could really do with someone local to Wellingborough Northants with a huge amount of knowledge on the vr6 engine as my brain is bein fried each day I look at it.Firstly there is blue smoke on overrun but I've just had the head rebuilt with new stem seals and the valves re-seated secondly before all this work the compression test was done and got the following results,1-178psi2-1763-1824-1785-1806-160, 185psi with oilNow I know that number 6 looks like the culprit for the smoke but it within the tolerance????I will b doing another compression test at some point this week to determine if there is any difference now the head work has been done is there any other reasons for the blue smoke as when I dismantled it all there was oil residue in the lower inlet on wot I could see more of in 2, 4 & 6 someone please help me Kind regards Craig
