Antihero1981 8 Posted July 30, 2013 Report Share Posted July 30, 2013 Hi , well when i was changing my oil yesterday i noticed that the bearing on the power steering pump was a bit noisy , so looks like i have to change itwhich make is the best one to replace it with? and what fluid do you guys use? its the 1 thing i have not done , found a guide and it looks pretty easy to do just need to get the parts nowthanks Link to post Share on other sites

Lumpzta 1 Posted November 8, 2013 Report Share Posted November 8, 2013 it might help to pour a little bit in the pump. when I done mine the pump was bone dry, when I started the engine the pump got really hot to the point where it was boiling the fluid as It finally reached the pump. after that I would always put a drop of oil in it before filling the reservoir.
