Replacing a chain(how to)???

Hi every1 I was thinkin about breaking my vr6 but I like it to much to do so. Recently the chain snapped so today I went and bought a replacement engine but want to do the chain first and didn't know how easy or the cost if any1 can help? Cheers

Fairly easy but fairly costly, if you do it right and get genuine parts it will cost about £350 - £400 in parts, I did the full both chains, guides, tensioners and clutch and headgasket while everything was apart, with all this and new headbolts and any ancillaries required in total I spent about £600 from start to finish.
