mk3 golf cabby vr6 convertion

right got this for a good price well should say swap (Volvo v70 t5 swap) the lad had this up for £2k not a chance in hell of getting any where near that in the state it was heres a list of the faults

hood was in a bad state pvc crap tape on it etc

inside the car looked like it had never been hovered or cleaned

trim bits missing or broke inside

tyres where worn 2 where bald

lights had been sprayed mat black :crazy:

air intake pipes and breaher pipes where split due to piper induction kit fitted with no bracket

bad misfire

front bumper and all the black trims spray mat black badly

so got stated on it heres list ive done

red mohair in good condtion

cleaned hoovered polished and new trim bits fitted

new front bumper fitted with new lights

full vr6 arch kit fitted with correct door mouldings(just waiting to find some vr6 moulding badges)

fitted fresh powered coated tt ronal alloys with toyo 205 40 17s

fitted rcl kit

fitted colour coded boot lid handle

fitted vr6 rear badge

new colour coded grill (as it had a debaged item on)

fitted all new breathers and intake pipe also fitted a bracket to the induction kit

and last sorted the misfire it was the spark plugs had the wrong ones fitted and one was crap too

so fitted correct new items now runs sweet

it has full magnex ss zorst fitted too

its taxed and moted so will just use it and sort the other little bits to my liking but other than that made up with it at the min love the v6 roar..think ill fit my G8LF U plate next week

Just painted engine satin black going to polish the inlet and do red detailing also think I'm going to do the wheels like a candy red need a altenator ASAP at the min tho

I really like the red roof but if someone said what about a red roof on a black cabby I'd be like yuk, but it looks really good.

Yeah I think it works well too prob paint the wheels candy red or somthing got loads to do to it yet tho I have another cabby the same but that a 1.8 with full cc Recaro leather

also fitted my vr6 owners club tax disc and window sticker.

Now in bits wishbones ball joints and anti roll bar brackets being replaced also rear we packed in goes down but not up also fitted a vr6 grill badges

new wishbone bushes now done back out to play again..also fitted leather mk3.5 steering wheel gearknob and handbrake with chrome button some chrome rings to the clocks and some polished door pins

sorry mate ill upload some of the clocks they look nice cheap mod too

well going to take the axle of as it seams twisted prob poly bush it also got my eye on full set of drilled and grooved discs also going to fit some fk coilovers ive got on other cab that are like new
