Wazzoo 2
My engine chain snapped so have jus replaces engine. It starts and runs fine but won't idle, it's a different throttle body with a different idle control valve. I believe it's obd1. Basically will it be ok if I swapped the inlet and throttle body off the old engine?
VR6Pete 1,455
What was your old engine OBD1 and OBD2?What is different from your old and new throttle body? ISV valves are a bit of a pain, but if you have had the inlet off etc.... check to ensure you have bolted and tightened everything up properly too...
Wazzoo 2
The new 1 has idle control valve buit in and where the air feed pipe fits on to it is bigger!
