jabe 1
Front arm mate, any ideas if there's a washer or plate which locks the bush in ? I've done the arm and bushes on my last one and it came out without any hassle ! Cheers
Lukey. 381
If you've removed the 2 big bolts that go through each bush its only being held in by the bushes, give it a good kicking, if you're doing poly bushes it will need a good kicking to get it back in too. Daverse 175
Yeah as lukey says, theres knly two bolts holding the bushes in. Try a pry bar or something similar to pull them out Sent from my GT-I9300 using Tapatalk
jabe 1
Cheers for the help. It's worse than I thought. I snapped the front mount bolt. I knew I'd done it but thought it had snapped just inside the threaded hole. Nope I've got just enough thread to stop the arm from pulling out. Any more ideas ?CheersJason

jabe 1
I hate my car. Why does it fight me so much on everything ? Is it possible to drop the subframe without removing the engine and box ? I was thinking support engine with jacks and hoist. Tie up steering rack and bobs your uncle. !Any thoughts ?Cheers

Yes that's possible if you have sufficient support, however when I replaced my subframe, it was easier whip engine out easier than it looks. Club Chairman
