Benbeaver 1
I had my mk3 vr6 into volksautos for some work to diagnose a clunk when I came on and off the power or clutched in our out at different revs. They have said the problem is that one of the bolts on the plate below the engine mount has sheered. I ordered a replacement crossmember and hoped that would solve the problem. My replacement crossmember doesn't seem to have any studs on the bottom or holes, it's supposed to of come off a GTI and when I looked on vagcat it looked like there was only 1 type of engine support set up. Have I got the wrong part? Can I use the new part by drilling/welding etc or am I better off fixing my existing crossmember?Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
