Hutch 14 Posted November 16, 2013 Report Share Posted November 16, 2013 Hi people, I need to buy bulbs this aft for Mk3 Golf VR6 and I'm not with the car to see what's needed size wise. The nearside 'dipped' is gone. But I've been Googling around and can't find if it's H1, or H4. The light pod has 4 separate sections, I'm assuming it's a standard late Mk3 VR6 unit. Cheers! Lukey. 381 Posted November 16, 2013 Report Share Posted November 16, 2013 It won't be h4 as that's combined full and dip in one bulb, mine are h1 but I have hella twins so not sure if they use the same or different than the stock 2 chamber lights. When I got to the car it turned out they are H7! So I'll return for a swap. Um... the light pods have 4 sections: Dipped on outside, 2 small ones in then middle (one clear, one frosted), and Main on the inside. Any idea what these are called?
