paceo 22
hi guys, i have a golf mk3 0BD1 vr6 and went to view a guy i know who is selling a OBD2 vr6. mechanically its easy to put into my car so no issues there with myself, wiring is the issue as i am as thick as S H I T when it comes to wiring, do i need to use all the wiring from the OBD2 into my OBD1? for example, all wiring from the 46 pin connector to the ECU, wiring loom to the fan (fan connector is different to mine), twisty connector to the engine as it all looks connected and all loom to the bulkhead? also light loom as the later cars the engine and light loom is all as one i believe, where as my early OBD1 car engine and light loom is seperate, what loom from my OBD1 can i leave in my car and what loom from the OBD2 so i need is what i need to know?? pictures are from the ODB2 car i looked at!
