They read as being for the zf rack which most VR's aren't!Google the difference, it's something like the zf has a ripple effect on the rack (viewed through engine bay) and the other smooth (or other way round)http://www.vwspares.co.uk/g3steering.phpOn back order but never done me wrong, or tierod on the bay.Good luck.S Link to post Share on other sites

cactusjackslade 146 Posted December 12, 2013 Report Share Posted December 12, 2013 i know i had a game getting the right ones for mine, euro supplied the wrong ones followed by midwest etc etc. can't remember where i had them from in the end now. But yes there are two different racks i think the tie rods i needed had a male type thread on the end where they screw into the rack, the ones i kept getting had female ends on. if you know what i mean Link to post Share on other sites
