ssaunders 199
Hi, just had Dave's shift installed today and can't fault it! Top to bottom (3-4) is about 4.5 inches, slightly more effort as the pivot point has been raised. Install time about an hour, mostly trim removal and refit and a tiny bit of cutting. The result is a lot less slop (I also installed these a few months ago http://www.verdictmotorsports.com/VW_Audi_Shift_Bracket_Bushings_p/0100.htmwhich made a little difference, but this is another level!)I can no longer wiggle the stick when it's in gear, it's tightened the whole gearbox feel. 11 out of 10! Dave's fabrication is faultless, welds are spot on and as he mods oem parts there is no aftermarket fit issues.I am sending my old one back tomorrow so another member can benefit from this mod.RegardsS VR6Pete

Regards S That sounds like a real improvement, cant fault @besters work, I've had a bits and bobs fabricated up for my Corrado over the last couple of years and his car is immaculate
