stuarttaylor37 4
2.9 Corrados came in coilpack and dizzy flavours all OBD1-don't know if you'll have to swap ECU's though Edited January 13, 2014 by stuarttaylor37
mattvr6 133
I've never seen one with a coil pack Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
GordonC 20
I'm pretty sure you can use the same ecu mate but you will need a new loom as the old one wont have the coilpack plug and that on it
GordonC 20
Or you could just change the upper timing chain cover and the end cam sprocket to make the 2.9 a dizzy then it would just be a straight swap
E38 VR 0
thanks GordonC, but my loom i have now for the 2.8 does have a coilpack plug like a rectangle shape
GordonC 20
I wasnt sure if it had the plug or not but if its got it then its just a straight swap mate the wiring and ecu will be fine
