andymk312v 15
Seems some of the guys ain't keen these days. Usually if you go in they will serve you but not always.
Lukey. 381
try asking them if you can do trade cash and youll collect, use your first name as the order ref so when you go and say "Ive a trade cash order to collect under Luke" it sounds like you full well know what you're doing there, always works for me. cactusjackslade 146
Tps Wolverhampton have a retail counter as well as trade.. I just assumed they all did.
Russ_vr6 12
Officially TPS was only meant for trade. They are actually ran by VW, unlike dealers who have the VW franchise. I know some do sell to retail customers, but most still only deal with trade.(Up until 6 months ago I was a VW main dealer parts manager-10 years)
Daverse 175
With my TPS, they usually refuse me when i say im not a trade, but when I say you've traded with me before they say okay then :S
Lukey. 381
TPS = trade parts specialists. So the clues in the name
Boneybradley 2
TPS are franchises (I have 2 accounts for tps, 1 which is run by Sytner group and the other which is JCT600 and I have to use the relevant account for each location as they don't cover each others postcode area's) Russ_vr6
Lukey. 381
Have you even read the front page of their website? What is TPS?TPS was launched in December 2006 and is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Volkswagen Group United Kingdom Limited with an established nationwide network covering both the UK and Northern Ireland. The award winning TPS network is dedicated to helping the Independent Motor Trade and Bodyshops to deliver an outstanding service to the owners of Audi, SEAT, Škoda, Volkswagen passenger cars and Commercial Vehicles. Boneybradley 2
TPS Bradford are run by the Sytner group http://careers.sytner.co.uk/tps/bradford-tps (which is odd as the VW dealer that's in front of them are JCT600) The TPS brand is VW owned but the branches are not operated by them
