I'll bet there be some variations, strictly veedub, not so strictly veedub, trackcars etc... Here's mine (Mrs') Toyota MR2 174bhp. I own a `98 VR6 golf, Mk2 RE200 16v jetta @200bhp, Mk1 campaign Helious blue (restor project 8o) .and iv`e just aquired a 89 passat for a tenna as a works horse. - The beter half has a `90 spec golf 2000 16v @ 181bhp - My little bruv has a tuned mk2 digipant gti - my little sis has a 1.8T golf that`s Revo`d & a mk2 digipant gti standard. - My dad had a mk3 golf tdi, which iv`e change from 4 to 5 stud and now running Vr brakes and wheel`s.....mmmm nice. - My grandad has a polo saloon Deisel ...ooops 8o) - my landlord has a mint low milage mk2 autoand about 99.9% of me mate`s are running around in tuned VW`s... after earbashing from me to get rid of their `Luton Taxi`s` & `Dagenham dustbins` [ Edited Mon Mar 22 2004, 07:39PM ] Link to post Share on other sites
acf8181 0 Posted March 22, 2004 Report Share Posted March 22, 2004 only got the vr6 unfortunatly,tho i do have a pretty decent mountain bike, and i get to drive a big vw minibus at work.thinkin i need a 't' car tho, am lookin at mkI MR2's..what do you think..would also double as trackday car...if anyone's a MR2 specialist - whats the cheapest i should pay for one (oh, and its gotta be red!)? seen them from £500. The mk1 MR2 is a lot different car. Usually one mk to the next looks similiar visually, but not on the Toyota mk1 to mk2. The mk1 looks more like newer version of the Fiat X19.
