OurVR6 2
I've read around forums that having too big alloys and lowering a car would result in the tyres rubbing against the arches. I'm wondering if I lowered my VR6 30mm and slapped 17" alloys if they would rub or not?
mattvr6 133
Most I'd go is 16" mate I put 17"s on mine drive like a bag of shit lasted all of about half hour and took them off plus unless it's slammed it makes them look like a roller skate Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
daveyboy 897
It depends on the width of the wheel too Mate. But generally a 30mm drop And 17's should be fine without rolling the archesSent from my LT26i using Tapatalk
Lukey. 381
Width and offset will dictate whether it rubs it not, I'm running 17x7.5 and pretty sure they're ET38 and about 75mm drop coilovers it and it never rubs
daveyboy 897
I'm about the same drop as Lukey but my rear wheels are 8.5" I'm running a little bit of stretch on my tyres thoSent from my LT26i using Tapatalk
