Levivr6 0
This is all so confusing! I have a mk3 golf vr6 1996 model, the engine has a coil but unfortunately the engine has blown up, but I have a 2.9 vr6 corrado engine but it has a distributor, will the mk3 golf loom plug straight into the corrado engine? daveyboy 897
Yes aslong as you use all the ancillaries from the Golf. Like I said in another of your threads you need to swap the upper timing chain cover from the Golf engine to the corrado one. It just unbolts. I don't know if you have a full corrado engine or not if you have you need strip everything off it so you've just got a bare engine like mine then swap it all over. If it was mine for piece of mind I'd probably do the head gasket while it's out of the car then at least you know it's all fine Sent from my LT26i using Tapatalk VR6Pete
