stockers 1 Posted May 13, 2005 Report Share Posted May 13, 2005 hi all,listed below are all the sympoms of my poorly vr6.1.lack of performance (especially under 3000revs)2.eneven /rough idle3.strong fuel smell when drivers window is open and in boot4.backfirng when revs drop(slowing down ,between gear changes etc)can all these symptoms be one single knackered part???i have replaced air filter,mass air flow meter, catalytic converter, thermostat housing and is booked in for new spark plugs and oil change.
