Bunter6 1 Posted May 23, 2014 Report Share Posted May 23, 2014 (edited) Here's the basics. 1995 VR6 5 door119,000 milesnot MOT or Tax at present New discs and pads all roundPrevious owner game me some spares with it, (2 sets of headlights, rear lights, a set of new lowering springs & leather door cards) Here are a few pics of her, she's needing a lot of tlc but then that's why I bought a project & it's far to good to scrap. When I picked her up her the starter motor was goosed and it ran on 4 cyls when it was bump started. A coil pack from a Corrado & a starter motor from a Sharan later and she's in rude health again although the exhaust is corroded badly and has many many holes. I bought this from ebay for £88 + postage which was a bargain in my eyes for a full stainless systems including decat & lamba sensor, plus I'm a sucker for old skool DTM pipes. Next on the list is either a decent panel filter or an induction kit with a heat shield. Then some 15% uprated Bilstein B4's to go with hte new lowering springs & some poly bushes.
