D11PS 146
Evening all, I've noticed that my footwell is getting wet, my first instinct was that there's some leaves stuck under the scuttle tray. I've taken the scuttle out and cleaned up so there's no leaves and I can't see any grommets for me to unblock. Any suggestions would be much appreciated. isobarboy 25
1. Sunroof drain holes leaking into car2. Scoop under windshield blocked and allowing water in.3. Slight matrix leak ( though it does steam up as mentioned)4. Rubber bungs are corroding. Allowing moisture in.5. Door film within door has become comprimised allowing water in through the rubber seals, passing through the door and out into your car.6. Poorly bonded windshield (original one still in?) 7. Poor rubber around door seals
D11PS 146
Thanks for you help mate. I think I have found the issue. One of the pipes leading of the sunroof drain was blocked to I disconnected the pipe and got covered in water.. I tried to blow down the pipe and it seemed blocked so pulled on the pipe and i think it's come out of the grommet in the pillar. Does anyone know how to rectify this Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
wardycatt 7
Unless anyone knows a trick, I suspect you're going to have to take your dash off to get a the part that's disconnected. I'm taking my dash off now for this very reason. These sunroof drains are a PITA.

D11PS 146
Finally fixed it.. What I done was take the clocks out and got my nephew to put his hands in and plug it in. So much easier with smaller hands Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
wardycatt 7
That saves a bit of time then. I wonder if you could do a similar thing on the passenger side by taking the airbag out. My problem was a small crack in the bodywork near the passenger side bonnet mount.
