alex williams 20 Posted December 9, 2014 Report Share Posted December 9, 2014 Hi all. I have a few questions about cams firstly. Do I need uprated valve springs for 268 cams? And will I need to remap the ecu so it still runs? I also have a schrick manifold to go on. Will I need a remap for this to? And I imagine it would be best (less costly) to get it mapped all at once. I have had 268's and a Schlick in the past - valve springs are not required but from when I had mine mapped I do recall some small valve bouncing and did buy springs but never fitted them.Defiantly get it mapped together you will notice a massive difference! Would also recommend a 3.68 final drive conversion too and then it will give it massive low end grunt. Link to post Share on other sites
