Swivelonit 119
I am not far from Wrexham living in St Helens, just 35-40 minutes away. Wrexham being a very important place too, Demon Tweeks is there. Bealieboy

IMO
Swivelonit 119
Cheaper yes I agree but when you have a Vauxhall engine, being converted to dry sump and eventually being fitted in a MK 2 Escort DT is a great place to go to with a few pieces and say "That needs to fit to that" out come a load of fittings, they then get assembled and paid for and the job moves forward, internet is ok but imagine how long it would take to order what you think you need and then have to send it back because it doesn't fit.DT tyres are usually competitive too. Big J 283
I can't think of who you all mean when you say demon tweeks??There's a place 5 minutes from me that we call demon thieves would that be it??If your into folia tec caliper paint neon washer jets and TSW venoms then that's where it's at Anything else above those bits and pieces is over priced by a big margin! daveyboy and Bealieboy
Swivelonit 119
You need to know an employee, trust me, they are competitive. I am not into neon washer jets or calliper paint either.
dj-madman 146
can i get some red caliper paint next time you go in there please? - being serious here, or would my 600degree red paint do the job? if so dont worry
Big J 283
You need to know an employee, trust me, they are competitive. I am not into neon washer jets or calliper paint either.I wasn't trying to imply you were into that stuff mate honestly, I genuinely do apologise if it came across that way.I'll say one thing for those lads in tweeks, they are helpful and I've bought gauges and stuff of them for the land rover in the past, along with many other bits. In fact most of my mates have run up some pretty scary bills in there with cams and engine parts wheels tyres etc, but some stuff is pricey all the same. Swivelonit 119
They can be expensive but like I said, you should get to know somebody who works there, then the prices are more favourable.

Big J 283
Tweeks cycles however, that is a competitive department, I wouldn't go anywhere else now. When I decide to get another bike, I'll go there for sure
dj-madman 146
I got my gt karakoram 2 29er off a website down near me, 600 notes I paid and it was 200 quid cheaper than the next cheapest lolSent from my GT-I9505 using Tapatalk
VR6CABBS 1,311
It will never be what you know but who you know lads. My Coilovers were from there and not the cheapest but at the time they were the only place who had them in stock. I use Awesome GTI only for the fact that my mates brother works there and I get his staff discount.

VR6CABBS 1,311
I'd love too Dan but I just go on the website and give my mate the part number and he gets a price and I give the money to him. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
