I'm on VWVortex as well (importrussel) to try and learn more about these cars and saw this forum. I see a lot of 1.8T stuff over on Vortex and thought maybe this forum would answer more for me being VR associated.Anyway, I'm from Winthrop Harbor, IL (NE IL/SE WI) and here is my new acquisition...The car is completely stock and was a one owner vehicle. The only thing I've done so far is installed the stereo in the picture. Couldn't handle the OEM tape player that was in there.Any questions or comments, feel free to hit me up! You'll find a wealth of information here about the VR but if there's anything you can't find you can post a message in the correct section.
